President & CEO

Patrick M. Allkins

Patrick Allkins is the co-founder of Frizkin Enterprises, the holding company that owns OnStaff Group and its three divisions.  He founded Frizkin Enterprises in 1985, with a national franchise and eventually struck out on his own in 2001. Under Mr. Allkins leadership, the OnStaff Group has grown from one office in Kalamazoo, to multiple  offices in Southwest Michigan.

Mr. Allkins served one tour in Vietnam with the United States Navy. Upon returning, he finished his schooling and graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Psychology. He remains an active and driving force in the organization and uses his nearly 30 years of staffing experience to drive staff education, visibility and accountability.

Mr. Allkins is active in many local professional and service organizations, including Kalamazoo Rotary, Chamber of Commerce and he serves as a United Way volunteer.


Jan Frizzo

Jan Frizzo is the co-founder of Frizkin Enterprises, the holding company that owns OnStaff Group and its three divisions, OnStaff USA, OnCore USA and SkillQuest.

As well as being instrumental in the establishment of Frizkin Enterprises, Ms. Frizzo worked in the Patents & Trademarks department of the Upjohn/Pharmacia Corporation for 25 years, prior to her retirement in 1998.

Among her many other activities, Ms. Frizzo is an active supporter of the Michigan Maritime Museum and Al-Van Humane Society in South Haven and the Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes.

Vice President of Finance

Cody Allkins

As Vice President of Finance, Cody Allkins’ responsibilities include day-to-day financials (payroll, taxes, benefits, etc.), human resources, information technology and building maintenance.

The daughter of OnStaff Group founders Patrick Allkins and Jan Frizzo, Ms. Allkins has been working her way up through the organization for more than fifteen years. She has an MBA from Western Michigan University.

In addition to her work at OnStaff Group, Ms. Allkins is active in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Education for Employment and Ministry with Community among others.

Executive Vice President

Emily Turner

Executive Vice President, Emily Turner has been with the OnStaff Group for over seventeen years.  Her responsibilities include marketing, sales, promotions, client relations and employee relations and overall management of the firms four offices.

Ms. Tuner earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Michigan University.  For the past 3 years she has appeared monthly on WOOD-TV’s Ask the Expert on staffing issues.

In addition to her work at OnStaff Group, Ms. Turner is active in the United Way of Battle Creek and Kalamazoo Region and Education for Employment.
